6 Signs You’re Working in a Toxic Environment—And What to Do About It

Things like insensitivity from managers or lack of recognition for hard work can all contribute to decreased morale over time – and that won’t get anyone anywhere fast!

Whether it's unequal pay/benefits between genders/races/etc., favoritism towards certain individuals over others, or just general discrimination for any reason - this type of behavior should never be tolerated in any workplace!
